In accordance with Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and their Protection," I hereby give my consent to the collection, processing, and dissemination of my personal data (including obtaining personal data from me and/or from any third parties, in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan), both in paper form and in electronic format. The personal data provided by me includes, but is not limited to, my last name, first name, patronymic, year, month, date and place of birth, address, marital, property, social status, identification data, identity document information, education, profession, income, as well as all other personal data related to my identity, accessible or known at any specific moment (hereinafter referred to as "personal data"). In the event of my provision of personal data of third parties, I declare and guarantee that I have obtained the consent of these individuals for the transfer of their personal data and the processing of these personal data. This consent is provided for the implementation of any actions with regard to my personal data, which are necessary or desired to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, including, but not limited to, collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, dissemination (including transmission), depersonalization, blocking, destruction, cross-border transfer of personal data, as well as the implementation of any other actions with my personal data in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The processing of personal data is carried out using the following main methods (but not limited to them): storage, recording on electronic media and their storage, compilation of lists, marking. This consent is valid until the expiration of the periods of storage of the relevant information or documents containing the above-mentioned information, determined in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The revocation of this consent can be made in writing by me by sending the corresponding written notification in accordance with Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and their Protection". I hereby acknowledge and confirm that in case of the need to provide Personal Data to achieve the above-mentioned purposes to a third party (including non-credit and non-banking organizations), as well as when involving third parties to provide services for these purposes, transfer of its functions and authorities to another person, such third party is entitled to disclose information about me personally (including my personal data) to such third parties, their agents, and other authorized persons to perform the above-mentioned actions, as well as to provide such persons with relevant documents containing such information. I also hereby acknowledge and confirm that this consent is deemed to be given by me to any third parties specified above, taking into account the relevant changes, and any such third parties have the right to process personal data based on this consent. This consent comes into effect upon pressing the "Send" button.
